| What is Emergency Support? How soon can I expect a response? |
|
Emergency support options are available to existing customers to report critical server or service issues. These include an emergency support form and a US toll-free voice mail number, both of which are accessible from inside the Control Panel. If you just set up an account and need help getting your email program or browser configured to use the new account, you should get in touch with us via the regular contact us page. The emergency support options are for service-wide issues only, as these contact options could potentially wake up our top engineers in the middle of the night in their time zones. Only if you believe that there is a critical service-wide issue, such as any of the services (SMTP, IMAP, Web Site) not responding, should you contact us via the Emergency Support form or toll-free number. We do not normally respond to Emergency Support requests. If you'd like a response, please send us an email or a message via the contact page. Emergency support requests are handled immediately, if they are indeed valid emergency requests, but no response is sent back. Requests which do not qualify as emergency requests as per the criteria outlined above will most likely be ignored. If you'd like to make sure you receive a response, please also submit a normal support request by email or via the contact page. |
